Join us on a ladies only 30 day Ramadhan tafsir journey exploring themes and virtues of surahs from each juz' of the Qur'an and deriving lessons from them. 1 juz' a day every day in Ramadhan.

Ustadha Somaia Ahmed
Ustadhah Somaia has studied Islamic studies for 4 years as well as studying tafsir, fiqh & hadith etc.
Having memorised the Qur'an, ustadha Somaia has attained ijazahs in the modes of reciting the Qur'an of Hafs an A'sim and shu'bah an A'sim. Ustadha Somaia is experienced in teaching english speaking students online, holds a qualification in preparing an Arabic teacher for foreign speakers and has attained ijazat in a number of Islamic books. In addition to her Islamic related qualifications, she has attained a Bachelors in Pharmacy.
Ustadh Yahya Raaby
Born in Denmark, Ustadh Yahya Raaby came to the UK at a young age and studied under Somali sheyookh in the UK. He also studied for approximately 2 years in the ma'had programme in Masjid An-Nabawi. Ustadh Yahya furthered his studies at university, attaining a Bachelors of Islamic Law. He is known for his beautiful recitation and delivers lectures across the UK and around the world.
Ustadh AbdulAhad Dayyib
Having grown up in the Uk, Ustadh AbdulAhad Dayyib studied and memorised the Qur'an in the UK. He later went onto to study traditionaly in Somalia. He is currently undergoing academic studies in the Islamic University of Madinah. Ustadh AbdulAhad delivers lectures across the UK.
Sheikh Uthman Ibn Farooq
The sheikh grew up in California, USA and in his late adolescent life he had an interest in studying Islam. He went on to attaining traditional Ijāzāt (accreditation) in classic Islamic texts from qualified Islamic scholars. Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and the United Arab Emirates were among the places he visited in search of Islamic knowledge. He holds several Ijāzāt in the books of Ḥanbali Fiqh, Uṣūl al- Fiqh, Ḥadith, Muṣṭalaḥ al- Ḥadīth and a Master's degree in the sciences of Ḥadith. In San Diego, California, he is the Imam of Masjid Al-Ribat. The sheikh also attained a earning a bachelor's degree in Information Technology and an executive MBA in technology management.
