Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment Options

  • Full Upfront Payment: Pay for the entire course in one transaction.

  • Payment Plan: We offer installment plans for your convenience. These are not subscriptions. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay the full course fee in installments by the agreed due dates. (Possibility to cancel payments, see below)

Commitment to Full Payment

Enrolling in a course with a payment plan is a financial commitment for the full course fee, regardless of the payment option chosen. Payment plans are provided to make the cost manageable, not as a rolling subscription that can be cancelled at any time (Possibility to cancel payments, see below).

Cooling-Off Period & Refunds

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which you can cancel and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed significant course content or attended live sessions.

  • After the 14-day period, the full course fee remains payable (if not already paid in full) (this doesn't necessarily need to be the full amount upfront but in accordance to the payment plan selected)

Cancallation

We understand circumstances can change. We aim to try and be flexible where possible. We may allow cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
