2. Course Enrollment and Payment:
Enrollment in courses offered on The Sunnah Campus is subject to availability and payment of the specified fees. All payments must be made through secure payment gateways, and you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

3. Intellectual Property Rights:
All course content, including but not limited to text, videos, images, and materials, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may access the content for personal, non-commercial use only. unauthorised reproduction, unauthorised distribution, or unauthorised sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability:
The Sunnah Campus and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services. We strive to provide accurate and reliable information, but we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of the content.

5. Governing Law:
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

6. Payment/ installment plans:
All payments agreed upon as part of an installment plan or payment plan must be completed in full, regardless of whether the customer decides to discontinue the use of the service(s). By selecting a payment plan or installment plan, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for fulfilling the total amount owed under the agreed terms.

7. Minimum Commitment:
By enrolling in or subscribing to any course/ service that requires a
minimum commitment, you agree to complete all payments for that period as outlined in the course or service description. During the minimum commitment period, you are obligated to make all payments due, even if you miss classes, do not access any included services, choose to discontinue the use of the course before the end of this period and even if these payments are not made on time.

8. If any of the above (points 1 to 7) contradicts, opposes, replaces or is impermissible in any of the Shari'ah of Islam or any of Islam then those points which do so are to be disregarded and the Shari'ah of Islam or the Islamic position is to be adhered to instead.
